Hirshleifers accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain luxury items, evening wear, and final sale selections may be subject to specific restrictions.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
